Preparation for First Holy Communion
Preparation for First Holy Communion typically takes place in the 2nd grade. If you have any children in 2nd grade or older who you wish to be prepared for this sacrament, please list their names below.

Baptism is absolutely required before any other Sacraments are received. If the child listed above has been baptized, please submit his or her baptismal certificate to the parish office. If the child has not been baptized, you will be contacted by the Director of Religious Education with further instructions.

Preparation for Confirmation
Preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation is a two-year process which typically begins in the 7th grade. If you have any children entering the 7th grade and you wish for them to begin this process, please list their names below.

Registration Fee and Health Form
The registration fees are as follows:

$50 for one child
$80 for two children
$100 for three or more children

Payment can be made by check or cash. Payment by credit card is also accepted in person at the parish office. Payment should be remitted along with the health forms for your children.
